Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized shipping point; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
